Wednesday 4/18 - Worship on Wednesday

The next Worship on Wednesday event will be a Bible Study on April 18 at 7:00 at Dave and Stacy Leman’s house.  That will be the only Worship on Wednesday event in April.

Saturday 4/21 - Pen Pals for Jesus Seminar in Francisville

The Pen Pals for Jesus annual seminar will be on April 21st at 9:30 in Francisville, IN.  Any sister currently involved in this ministry or who is interested in learning more about it is welcome.  This is a wonderful way to be encouraged, renew our hearts with compassion and perspective regarding these hurting, searching women and to be able to bring home good information to help in this ministry.  If you are interested please contact Sis. Food Sign-up Sheet

There is a sign-up sheet for those willing to bring food for the baptisms April 22^nd.

Nursing Home Painting

The Nursing Home will be ready for the two resident rooms being remodeled to be painted mid to end of April.  If you are a qualified and willing painter, please contact Sis. Patsy Kaeb at the Nursing Home.

Saturday/Sunday 4/21, 22 – Testimonies/Baptisms

We are thankful that souls continue to answer God’s call and are looking forward to hearing the testimonies of Sam & Emily Wettstein on April 21st with baptisms planned for April 22nd.

Thursday 5/3 - National Day of Prayer

Beginning Wednesday night, April 11, the Prairie Choristers will start working on music for the National Day of Prayer (Thursday, May 3). If you have considered singing with the Prairie Choristers, this would be a short-term time to try it. There will be 4 Wednesday night practices (April, 11, 18, 25 and May 2) before the program. Practices begin after Wednesday night church and last until 9:45.  If you would like to join the Prairie Choristers for this program, please send an email to Phil Hodel at plhodel@gmail.com

Saturday 5/26 - Midwest Gospel Sing Benefit for Lifesong and Timberridge

The Midwest Gospel Singing will be held on Saturday, May 26 from 6:00-9:00 at the ISU Performing Arts Centre in Normal.  The groups that are singing at this fundraiser are:  Brush Arbor, Living Waters, Amazing Love, Solid Rocks as well as congregational singing.  The proceeds from this fundraiser will be given to Lifesong for Orphans and Timberridge (Home for the Handicapped).  Please call Bill and Patsy Kaeb for your tickets (309) 242-2650.  You must have a ticket to attend, as there is limited seating.
