Sunday 7/21
Family Hymn Sing at the Nursing Home from 1:30-2:00
High School Worship on Wednesday -The next Worship on Wednesday is going to be at Bertschi's lake home on Sunday, July 21.  The group will meet at Bro. Dave and Sis. Stacy Leman's house at 2:20 pm to travel to the lake together.  The group plans to return to Roanoke around 9:00 pm.  Your student will be given a ride to their home if they need one. 

Monday 7/22 - Remodeling Project
The trustees are planning to remodel the south women's bathroom starting on 7/22.  We hope to have the bathroom ready for use by 8/4.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Nursing Home Benefit
Today is the last day to turn in forms at church for items you are donating to the Nursing Home auction. If you are still planning to donate something,  please call Kathy Knapp or Lynne Hodel this week. The auction list will be going to the printer after Friday.  There is still a need for new items or services. Thanks for your support of this benefit.


Looking Ahead: 

Saturday 8/3 - Gateway Woods Auction
The 2013 Gateway Woods Auction will be held Saturday, August 3.  This is a primary fundraiser for the work at Gateway Woods, and its success depends heavily on donated items from our congregations.  Please consider donating items for the sale.  There is information posted on the bulletin board about what has and has not sold well in the past.  Items need to be registered and tagged by late July.  Volunteers are also needed the week of the sale and on sale day.  Contact bro. Brad and sis. Patty Hodel or check the bulletin board for more information.

Fort Scott World Relief Project
This spring, Fort Scott had extensive hail damage.  Bro. Chris Wuthrich is heading up a World Relief Project to repair roofs in Fort Scott.  Work teams are being assembled to assist with this work which will begin in July and go into the fall.  If you are interested in volunteering on a work team, please contact Bro. Jim Braker.
