Wednesday 5/5

• National Day of Prayer Eve Service at 7:15

• HOPE- We will meet in the Bible Class Room at 7:30 - this will continue on 5/12 and 5/19.

• WOW is at the Martin's at 7:00.

 

Thursday 5/6 - Helping Hands from 9:00 - 3:00 - Everyone is welcome

 

Sunday 5/23 Baccalaureate Service

 

VBS - We are looking forward to our Summer Vacation Bible School June 7th - 11th. This is an activity that brings many opportunities to serve. Annual Clothes Collection for the Renault Sunday School in Les Cayes, Haiti - Although June is over a month away, with the community garage sale this week, we thought it would be good to remind everyone to be on look out for new and gently used girls and boys clothing and shoes, size 2T to adult small. Other Ways to Serve and Learn

• Graders needed for Berean Bible Studies - You can pick up studies to grade in the north hall.  When a prisoner asks for a Bible, we provide the Bible and the first two sets of Bible studies.  When they complete the set of studies, they are given a nice Life Application Bible and certificate. We distribute around 5-8000 bibles per year and send out 8-10,000 bible studies. We have volunteers in around 45 - 50 jails, prisons, and juvenile centers in the midwest. Along with grading these, you can certainly send a note of encouragement.   Thank You!
