Tuesday 1/2 - Helping Hands
is Cancelled - There is a need for a volunteer (or two) to serve on the Helping Hands coordinating committee. Helping Hands meets on the first Tuesday of the month. Contact Sis. Carol Luginbuhl or Sis. Martha Braker for information.
Wednesday 1/3
- The Majesty of Christ…He is Above All - (Hebrews 1:1 - 4:13) Bro. Tom - This is the beginning of a 7 week topical series on the book of Hebrews. A calendar of this series along with other bible study topics we plan to cover in 2018 is posted in the back hall. An email of this list will also be sent.
- WOW will Meet at in the Church Basement at 7:00 - They will help assemble quilts for their upcoming Loave and Fish outreach visit. Any parents or grandparents who have quilt binding skills are invited to volunteer. It would be a great opportunity to fellowship with your children and grandchildren.
- H.O.P.E. will Meet at the Fellowship Hall at 7:30
- Scripture Memory Class at 7:30
Sunday 1/7 - Bible Class
Visits the Peoria County Jail - The
students need to be 16 years or older and possess a photo I.D. to enter the
jail. They plan to leave from the Roanoke High School at 6:30am. The group will
go out to eat after the Jail services conclude. Regular Sunday School will be
held for any student not signed up or under the required age.
Wednesday 1/10 - HarvestCall
Family Night at Midwest Food Bank in Normal at 6:30 - For those who need
directions, there is a map posted on bulletin board. There will be no
meal this year, but dessert will be served after the activities. There is
something for everyone to do. We will be filling health kits for the
Renault Bible School kids and Tender Mercies meal kits. All are welcome. We
plan to be done in good time for school aged children.
Sunday 1/21 - Peoria Rescue Mission Service at 8:00 AM - We need a piano player and some help singing. We will be back in time for our morning service. Please contact Bro. Tim Martin if you can help.

in the north hall and can be picked up during the lunch hour
